What happens if I'm not there when the mail delivers the package to me?

Why is there no possibility of cash on delivery?

The order goes directly from the factories to the indicated address, since it is an international mail delivery, it does not give us the possibility of cash on delivery.

I have not received my order, what can you do?

We guarantee the return of the amount if you have not received the ordered item before 60 days. If 60 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund by sending an email from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the reimbursement is requested, our team will study your case and communicate a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the item not received, if possible it will be made using the same payment method that I used when ordering. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take from 1 to 3 days to become effective.
