General Questions

We do not have physical stores, and by working with a large volume of orders, we can obtain competitive prices from suppliers.

KingWalk is exclusively an online store. We still maintain local inventory for various purposes, such as product experimentation, improvements, and customer satisfaction, but we do not have a physical store where we sell directly.

The easiest way to communicate with us is through WhatsApp. You can find the link in the "hamburger" menu at the top left of the screen. For more complex questions, you can also contact us via email. We recommend leaving a message through both channels for serious and important matters, although we generally respond quickly.

Our products are identical replicas (1:1) in both materials and design, so you won't notice any difference. A very good option for wearing fashionable products at an interesting price.

By creating an account, you become a member of the KingWalk family. This allows you to access information about the status of your order, enjoy special discounts, or receive other special seasonal offers.

Shipping

We work with different national postal companies in each country, and they do not accept cash-on-delivery orders for international shipments.

We ship our products internationally and domestically worldwide. In the exceptional case of a specific exception, we will notify the customer and provide a full refund for the shipping cost.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 5 PM UTC+2 will be processed the next day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification. Shipping is free and generally takes 11 to 25 business days.

Currently, we do not offer alternative shipping options. However, the medium to long wait time is definitely worth it.

We accept returns within 15 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with tags and packaging intact. We will refund the total order amount minus the return shipping cost.

Payment

We accept payments with VISA/MASTER CARD. All payment methods have SSL security to ensure customer safety.

The main currency used in our store is the Euro (€). If there is a currency change, currency conversion fees may apply to your local currency.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund, provided it meets the return requirements.

If we approve a refund or return, we will refund the total purchase amount minus the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with refunds and returns.
